THE Today Show’s newsreader Sylvia Jeffreys has revealed the intense, results-orientated workout she swears by.

The 31-year-old says she’s been doing high intensity interval training (HIIT) at the Lean Bean pilates studio in Sydney’s Bondi for a year.

Her trainer Lizzie Bland takes Jeffreys through a workout that “combines pilates with high-intensity body weight circuits, boxing and dynamic stretching”, the journalist wrote on nine.com.au.
